Health Care Citizens Forum (Edmonton) on December 16, 2023

When: Saturday, December 16th, 2023

10:30 AM to 12:30 PM

Where: Edmonton Legislature Grounds

The Alberta Government is moving forward with Health Care Reforms. Now that we have an idea of the restructuring, we would like to know how the people feel about everything. We have decided to host a forum at the Alberta Legislature Grounds. Our group will be presenting some information we have researched as well as asking for some guest speakers. We will open up the mic to anyone as long as it is respectful.

The main goals of this event are:

  • Provide a respectful, non-partisan space for discussion of this issue that affects all Albertan’s
  • Gauge Albertan’s enthusiasm and general attitude towards proposed reforms
  • Inform people who aren’t up to date with the changes and want to know more
  • Provide like-minded people an opportunity to connect and organize

We hope people turn out! This is your opportunity to make your voice known and get an idea about how Albertan’s feel about things, as well as a chance to start making a difference in the direction this province is heading. Lastly, if you come out, we really want to stress we are trying to avoid conflict and encourage productive discussion. We know things can get heated from differing points of view and request everyone is respectful with each other.

We hope to see you out there!
